Crow Wing Power, a member owned rural electric power utility, is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the role of CEO.
Crow Wing Power is a member-owned, community-focused electric distribution cooperative. We work to efficiently deliver affordable, reliable, and safe electricity to 61,500+ meters across 40,000 members within three Minnesota counties including Cass, Crow Wing and Morrison. Crow Wing Power has an operating revenue in excess of $86 Million and 95 employees. CWP wholesale power supplier is primarily Basin Electric Power Co-op.

Successful candidates will bring a minimum of 7 years of proven leadership ability, exceptional communication skills with both the employee and public audience, strong business acumen, commitment to a team culture, extensive knowledge of the electric utility industry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
